Pet Loss Counseling & Support Group Sessions

Individual, Couples, Families, Children's Counseling Sessions

Pet loss therapy services are available for individuals, couples, families, and children. Pet Loss Support Groups are available and open to the public. For individual, couples, families, or children wishing to schedule an appointment, the cost is $110 for 50 minutes. People vary in their needs. Some people benefit from several individual, couple, family, or children’s sessions; while others may seek a group setting. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. However, it is important to find emotional support during this difficult time.

Individual, couple, family, and/or children’s sessions are scheduled by appointment only and can be requested by contacting me here.

Support Groups

The experience of losing a beloved pet, whether recently or long ago, can be heartbreaking. When grieving, a healthy step toward healing is finding compassionate and constructive emotional support. You will find that within each Support Group. Spend time in a group setting with those who do understand your loss and share a similar emotional pain.

Support Group sessions last approximately 1-hour and meetings are held twice each month. The cost is $25.00 per group session. No preregistration is required for the Suport Groups. However, 3 prepaid sessions is offered for $60.00.

 
Meeting Times: Monthly:
  • 1st Saturday, 12:30pm - 1:30pm
  • 3rd Thursday, 6:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Please feel free to confirm meetings prior to attendance as schedule changes do occur from time to time; especially during holidays.

  • 1 Individual, couple, family, child(ren) session $110
  • 1 Support Group session $25.00
  • 3 Prepaid Support Group sessions $60.00 ($15.00 / 20% discount)

No one should go without emotional support during this difficult time. If you cannot afford the fee, please inform me. I do work on a sliding scale and an alternative fee can be arranged based on one’s income and ability to pay.
